Murder by the Book

“Murder by the Book,” an adult book discussion group dedicated to murder mysteries, meets on the second floor of the Bryan Main Library on the second Thursday of each month, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. If you love to read and discuss murder mysteries, you are invited to come and participate and be a part of the group. Copies of the next book to be discussed are waiting at the library Adult Department desk for anyone wishing to be a part of the club. Book selections have been chosen for 2020 and are as follows:

January 9: Sworn to Silence by Linda Castillo

February 13: Iced Chiffon by Duffy Brown

March 12: The Darwin Affair by Tim Mason

April 9:  City of Lies by Victoria Thompson

May 14: The Mother-in-Law by Sally Hepworth

June 11: The Word is Murder by Anthony Horowitz

July 9: Aunt Dimity’s Death by Nancy Atherton

August 13: Sleeping Murder by Agatha Christie

September 10: Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death by MC Beaton

October 8: Death on Demand by Carolyn Hart

November 12: A Willing Murder by Jude Deveraux

December 10: Hercule Poirot’s Christmas by Agatha Christie
