The History & Traditions of St. Patrickās Day
A Local History Center Program
Held on Thursday, March 14th, 6:00PM
St. Patrickās Day was originally celebrated in Ireland with religious services and feasts in honor of St. Patrick, one of Irelandās patron saints. When Irish immigrants brought St. Patrickās traditions to the United States, the day evolved into a secular celebration of Irish culture. Join Local History Manager, Jared Schnee as he explores the history and traditions of St. Patrickās Day!
