What is the difference between gravy and a sauce? Between broth and stock? Is it better to thicken liquids with flour or cornstarch? What sauce compliments what food? Denver Henderson will explain the basics of sauce making, from ingredients to storage, including the great “mother” sauces of French cuisine. Register to attend by April 19th.
