Create “Balloon Buddies” at the West Unity Branch Library on Saturday, January 12th. From 9:00 to 10:00 am, make a balloon friend to take home. Choose the features to add to the balloons to bring your buddies to life! You get to decide if your friend has one eye or six, is feeling happy or grumpy, has fangs or a horn, and so much more!
