Victoria Tea

You are cordially invited to enjoy a “Victoria” Tea at the Bryan Main Library on Saturday, January 06 at 11:00 am. Hosted by Williams County Public Library and WGTE, participants will take part in a traditional Victorian tea and get a behind the scenes look at the popular PBS British drama series, “Victoria”. Victorian dress is encouraged, but not required.  The Bryan Main Library is located at 107 East High Street. Life Size Games

Teens, ages 10 to 15, are invited to play Life Size Games and enjoy a Pizza Party at the Bryan Main Library! Held on Friday, January 12 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm, you’ll compete in all the games you love, but Life Size! You will be the game piece in popular games such as Hungry Hippos, Checkers, and Jenga! Pizza are refreshments will be provided by the library.  This program is free to the public. The library will not be able to take phone calls during the program. All parental arrangements should be made prior to the event.

Teen Thursdays

Teen Thursdays, a new, fun, and innovative program, will be starting at the Bryan Main Library on January 04. Teens, ages 10 to 15, will meet weekly on Thursdays from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, on the 2nd floor of the library. Participants can take part in a Teen Book Club, solve codes & puzzles, get creative with Art 101, and learn science & technology. 5 Days of Christmas

The Bryan Main Library will be hosting WCPL’s “5 Days of Christmas” starting Monday, December 18, and running through Friday, December 22. “5 Days of Christmas” will show beloved Christmas movies in the Carnegie Room on the second floor of the library. There will be a variety of family friendly G and PG rated movies shown during the week. Some of the holiday classics you can expect to see are: How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, the Santa Clause trilogy starring Tim Allen, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and Frosty the Snowman.
