Color Burst (Paintable) Bear Workshop

Create your own Tie-Dye Teddy Bear. First bring your Teddy to life by hand stuffing it, then make it uniquely your own by painting it with a no-mess tie-dye paint. Just drop & dribble paint on the bear, & watch it seep & flow. Take home and cuddle.

Anytime during open hours patrons can come and see if they can finish the the challenge of the Library Scavenger Hunt. You will get your first clue at the desk and continue throughout the Library with the other clues provided.

All Booked Up, Third Tuesday of the Month, 2:00PM

All booked up is our once a month book club. Each month you read the pre selected title and talk about it with other reading enthusiast's. In December those who show up will get to choose the titles for next years book club.

Painting with Amanda, Monday, May 20th, 6:00PM

This painting class is instructed by Miss Amanda, our own staff member. She will instruct the attendees how to paint the picture on their canvas to reflect their own abilities and creativeness.

Scavenger Hunt, Saturday, May 18th, 10:00AM - 12:00PM

Do you like adventure? If so, participate in the Scavenger Hunt! Each team (normally 4 adults or teen) or family will start at the Library & pick up their clues. Then, follow the clues to different businesses in town, & at each stop take a picture of somthing in each business, until the task is complete. When all clues have been solved, meet the other teams back at the Library! The team who completed all clues and finishes first, will be the winners of the grand prize!

Tail Waggin' Tutors, Tuesdays, May 14th and 28th, 3:00PM

Tail Waggin Tutors is a program where Children of all ages are welcome to read to Bean and Poe our trained therapy dogs.  The dogs have been through an extensive training to be able to be therapy dogs.

Homeschooling Day: National Golf Day

This month for Homeschooling day we will celebrate National Golf Day by having Harry Nix from Patriot Golf course, give some instruction and talk about golf. We will also have a putt-Putt golf course and putting green set up for participants to try out their skills.
