I was raised in, and still live in West Unity (Go Cadets!) I am engaged and together we have 4 kids, Aiden, Baylee, Owen and Karter. I have a dog, Millie, and a cat, Spit. I enjoy traveling, silence, and trying new things. I love exploring the Great Lakes and being near the water. I have worked for Williams County Public Library for 10.5 years. 2. What have you most enjoyed about being the Pioneer Branch Manager? I absolutely love this community. I have met some of the best people! I look forward to seeing more of the community and getting to know them as time goes on. We have some great FREE programs and we all look forward to getting our new building and location closer to the school, so we can be more accessible to the community youth. 3. What is a service that WCPL offers that you wish the community were more aware of? We offer so many free services and classes, such as ASLdeafined. We have access to resources to help those who may need it. We love getting suggestions from the public, so that we better know how to serve the community’s needs! 4. Favorite Book? My favorite book is hard. I love anything by Linda Castillo, Amy Clipston and almost anything by Christina Lauren and Frieda McFadden. 5. What’s happening at Pioneer Branch Library that you are most excited about? Definitely to start fundraising for our new building. We have so many great ideas that we are excited for with the new location. We will be able to offer so much more to the public than what we can where we are currently located.
