WCPL Staff Spotlight 1. Tell us a little about yourself. I grew up just outside of Pioneer and have been a lifelong resident of Williams County. I enjoy playing guitar, barbecuing, fishing, gaming, woodworking, and spending time with my family. I’ve been part of the Williams County Public Library team since 2012! 2. What have you most enjoyed so far about being the IT Manager for WCPL? I love that I get to use my passion for technology every day while also taking part in creative, non-IT projects—like filming and editing our YouTube video series (Oddly Peculiar, Overdue Conversations, and Lay Me Down to Rest) and organizing our Comic/Pop Convention, Fountain City Fandemonium! 3. What is a service that WCPL offers that you wish the community were more aware of? Definitely HOOPLA! It is such a fantastic service that caught on slow and has built up over the last few years, but I've talked to so many people that are still not aware that we offer it. 4. Favorite book? Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix 5. You coordinate Fountain City Fandemonium every year for the library. What were you most excited to see at the 2025 event, and do you have any details on 2026’s event? I was really excited to have the Jurassic Park vehicles here. As a big fan of everything Jurassic Park, it was fun to see them and see the reactions of people that checked them out. No details on next year’s event yet, except for the date which will be September 26, 2026. Be sure to stay tuned to our website, www.fcfandemonium.com, and our WCPL social media pages for all updates as they come. I hope to see you there!
