The Williams County Public Library Local History Center will be turned into a gamer’s paradise on Saturday, January 25th when WCPL presents BEFORE ZELDA: AN INTERACTIVE HISTORY OF GAMING. Open to all gamers, the event will run from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, and will feature examples of video game consoles from the beginnings of the industry to present day. There will be a presentation on each phase of gaming. Then, in the Harmon Room, participants will be able to play some of the classic games! This is a FREE program. There is no registration, and no age limit. Parents are encouraged to accompany children under the age of 15. Refreshments will be provided.
