The West Unity Branch Library will be holding a “Pies for the Holidays” program for all ages on Saturday, November 3rd, at 10:00 am. Participants will taste and learn how to make a variety of pies of all types. Learn all about cooking a double or lattice-topped fruit pie, a chicken pot pie, a cream pie that fills a pre-baked shell, or one crust pies with the filling baked in them. Participants will also make a pie crust and will each make a pie to take home. This is a FREE program, but you must register to attend. All coking supplies will be provided by the library.
