The Local History Center is inviting adults to a paper doll crafting program at WCPL Local History Center on Wednesday, August 08 from 1:30 to 4:00 pm. Local paper crafter JoEllen Culbertson will show you how to create not only paper dolls using paper piecing technique, but also a box card and mini album to carry your creations.

This class will appeal to all those grown “youngsters” who remember the joyous hours spent with paper dolls, and may appeal to the first time adult that wishes to start a paper crafting adventure. The event will be held in the Harmon Room of the Local History Center. Seating is limited, so registration is required by Monday, August 06. Participants are asked to bring colored pencils/markers and a pair of scissors with them to the program. You may register by stopping in to the Local History Center, located at 107 East High Street, or by calling (419) 636-6734, ext. 275
