Julie Nutting doll stamping is back with Pam Lash, local paper crafter and lover of paper dolls, who will be sharing some stamping techniques and tips in the Harmon Room of the Local History Center of the Williams County Public Library on Tuesday, January 29th from 6:00 to 7:45 PM.  This FREE session is geared towards adults who can remember paper dolls as a magical past time. If you would enjoy making a few paper doll book marks, using Julie Nutting doll stamps, this is the program for you!
