Thanksgiving, 2010. Three boys disappear, as if from the face of the earth, never to be seen again. Only their father knew the truth. A truth he never revealed. The search for Andrew, Alexander, and Tanner Skelton carried on during the frigid months of that winter, while all over our region – and the nation – people searched for the missing boys.

One of those people was Lynn Thompson, a seasoned reporter for THE BRYAN TIMES and a combat veteran. Lynn followed the story for the paper, but continued investigating, and hoping, from that distant holiday weekend to the present day. “76 Minutes: My Search For Andrew, Alexander, And Tanner Skelton” is his story of the case that remains unsolved and unforgettable.

The Williams County Public Library and the WCPL Local History Center will hold a presentation and book signing for Lynn Thompson on Monday, April 29th, at 6:00 pm, in the Harmon room of the Local History Center. This event is free to the public and there is no registration necessary to attend.

The Local History Center is located on the northeastern corner of High and Main Streets in Bryan, Ohio. For more information, please call 419-636-6734 ext. 275.
