The West Unity Branch Library will be throwing a Halloween party for kids on Thursday, October 28th, from 3 to 4 pm. There will be games, crafts and snacks! Attendees are encouraged but not required to wear their favorite Halloween costumes. If you don't have a costume to wear, props are available for you to use during the party.
