Explore the joys and delight of glass etching with the staff at the Local History Center of WCPL. Create a beautiful etched wine glass or drinking glass using etching compound and a variety of stencils. Your finished glass can be used as a holiday or birthday gift, or simply enjoyed by you every day! The simple technique will be demonstrated by Jane Huffman and Denver Henderson, who have etched glasses in the past. The “Etched Forever: Glass Etching Class” will take place in the Harmon Room of the Local History Center, on Wednesday, November 28th at 6:00 pm. This event is free, but limited to 10 participants, and registration is required. Registration deadline is Friday, November 23rd. The Local History Center is located at 107 East High Street.
