The Edon Branch Library will be holding an adult class for Canning and Preserving on Tuesday. July 31 at 6:00 pm. Melissa Rupp, from the Fulton County Ohio State Extension Office, will present an informative class on safely canning and preserving food. Attendees may also bring in their own pressure canners, to have them checked for safety. This FREE program will be held in the library meeting room, and is the perfect event for those interested in learning more about canning and preserving! The Edon Branch Library is located at 105 S.
