“Paper Dolls Plus”

Back by popular demand, the “Paper Dolls Plus” program is coming to the WCPL Local History Center in October! Host JoEllen Culbertson will guide participants in the creation of two paper dolls using the paper piecing technique, along with fashioning a file-folder style card to store the dolls in for safe keeping.“Paper Dolls Plus” will be held in the Harmon Room of the Local History Center. Instead of limiting the experience to one session we are happy to offer two sessions, on Tuesday, October 16 and then on Thursday, October 18. Both sessions will begin at 1:00 pm and end at 3:00 pm. Participants are asked to bring tape runner, a black ink pen, and a pair of scissors. You must preregister to attend by Monday, October 15.
