The Edgerton Branch Library will be holding a “One Drop at a Time” Essential Oils program for adults on Wednesday, March 13th, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Learn about the benefits of using the essential oil, “Copaiba”. Registration is required to attend this FREE program! There are only 20 spots available, and you must sign up by Monday, March 11th. The Edgerton Branch Library invites 4th and 5th graders to join “The Breakfast Club”. Held on Saturday, March 9th, from 9:00 to 10:00 am, “The Breakfast Club” is a fun book club that includes a hot, homemade breakfast! Come in your jammies and discuss the book, “Jacky Ha-Ha: My Life is a Joke” by James Patterson. As this book has an AR book level of 4.3, and is worth 6 AR points, participants will be able to use this book to help meet their AR goal at school.
The Edgerton Branch Library would like to invite area children to make an appointment to reserve their time to come and read to a visiting therapy dog. Bekka and Rusty, the library fur friends, will be returning for “Tail Waggin’ Tutors”! The program will be held at the library on Mondays, twice a month, starting on March 4th, through the end of the school year. Meetings will be on March 4th and 25th, April 8th and 29th, and May 6th and 20th.
The Edgerton Branch Library will be holding a fun arts and crafts program on Friday, February 15th. Join us at 2:00 pm, and make an adorable “Book Hedgehog” out of a recycled book. This FREE class is open to anyone in 2nd grade and older but is limited to 15 participants. You must register to attend by Monday, February 11th. All supplies will be provided by the library.
