The Edgerton Branch Library will be holding a “One Drop at a Time” Essential Oils program for adults on Wednesday, December 12th, from 1:00 to 2:00pm. In the December Essential Oils class, adults are invited to learn about the health benefits of the Christmas Oils, “Frankincense” and “Myrrh”. Registration is required to attend this FREE program! Adults are invited to paint a Church Themed Wood Pallet at the Edgerton Branch Library on Thursday, December 6th. Starting at 6:00 pm, and running through 8:00 pm, instructor Deb Ridgway will guide attendants through the process of painting a beautiful, rustic looking church on a skinny wood pallet. This program is FREE to attend, with all supplies being supplied by the library. You must register for the event by Monday, December 3rd, as class size is limited to 14 participants. Come and build your very own Gingerbread House at the Edgerton Branch Library on Monday, December 10th from 6:00 to 7:00pm. You must pre-register by Friday, December 7th as this FREE program is limited to 30 individuals, or two Gingerbread Houses per family. Children under the age of 7 MUST be accompanied by an adult. The Edgerton Branch Library invites 4th and 5th graders to join “The Breakfast Club”. Held on the 2nd Saturday of each month, from 9:00 to 10:00 am, “The Breakfast Club” is a fun book club that includes a hot, homemade breakfast! Come in your jammies on Saturday, December 8th, and discuss the book, “100 Cupboards” by N.D. Wilson. As this book has an AR book level of 4.2, and is worth 8 AR points, participants will be able to use this book to help meet their AR goal at school.
