These special programs will be focusing on are different kinds of music & musical instruments. Also, art techniques and mediums such as oil pastels, metal embossing, candle making, origami, decoupage, basket weaving, etc. We’ll learn about cultures around the world, what their normal day is like, school, traditions, holidays, music, food, etc. We’ll learn about library resources and how to use databases. We’ll also be reading a story.

The Civil War Detective Club is for kids interested in knowing what it was like to live during the Civil War. There will be games to play, food to eat, and crafts that children would have made in the 1860's
