Golden Retrievers is an exercise class for seniors.  Participants can gain strength and flexibility in this no-sweat exercise class taught by Kathy Grieser.  Many of the exercises are performed while sitting on a chair.  The class is free.  Funding for this program is provided by a 21st Century Grant.  For more information about the class contact Connie Aeschliman at 419-682-5081.  The Stryker Branch Library is located at 304 S Defiance Street in Stryker.

Award-winning author Ann Charles will be making an appearance at the Pioneer Branch Library to talk about her book series, perhaps do a reading of her work, and answer questions from the audience.  Ann Charles writes romantic mysteries that are splashed with humor.  For her first book, Nearly Departed in Deadwood, she won the 2010 National Daphne du Maurier for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense award AND the 2011 National Romance Writers of America Golden Heart award.
