Celebrate Right to Read Week, May 8-12, at the Stryker Branch Library! Take part in exciting programs with this year’s theme “Down on the Farm!” Area students are invited to visit the library after school to join in the fun. Right to Read Week activities run from 3:15 through 4:00 pm and are for kinds in preschool through 6th grade. On Monday, May 08 there will be a “Farm Animal Scavenger Hunt”! Eat ‘haystacks”, make a guess for the Guessing Jars, and have fun with puzzle and coloring pages. On Tuesday, May 09 everyone is welcome to stop in and make a “Farm Animal” craft. “Read-To-Me” will be held on Wednesday, May 10 and farm books will be read. On Thursday, May 11 kids are invited to watch the movie, “SING” (rated PG) and enjoy snacks.  The Stryker Branch Library is located at 304 S. Defiance Street.
