Duct Tape Rose Making

3rd graders and up are invited to come and learn how to make Duct Tape Roses from Lydia Hankins. Ms. Hankins will demonstrate how to make roses out of duct tape. Class size is limited to 12 people so sign up soon. The cost of this class will be covered by funds from a 21st Century Grant.
